Thicker stocks create the third dimension needed for edge-painting. Use a minimum stock thickness of 16 pt. for the best results. Edge-painting has a more dramatic effect on cards that do not bleed.

Many "standard" colors are available with close matches to PMS colors. Custom colors are also available. While exact PMS matches are not available, TradeLam can create samples of custom colors that approximate PMS colors (additional charges may apply).
